I have been to China, Eastern and Western Caribbean, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Mexico and more. I always take the culture, food and music and people back with me and incorporate it into my cooking. You can always find me dancing on the dance floor and I love music. Huge fan of history, the arts and wine. These days I’m baking from scratch each week to keep my professional baking skills up. I have 2 cool cats Star and Charlie Cheddar. I sell tacos at a local bar on Thursday’s and Friday’s During this Pandemic to help keep the bar open. I love to laugh and smile and mostly put a smile on other’s face making life very fulfilling and satisfying.
