I started baking at a young age with my aunt, we baked for all the families holidays. The first thing I mastered was her famous pound cake and thats when I realized that I had the baking touch. I furthered my baking career by going to culinary school Le Cordon Blue in Pasadena Ca. Graduating from culinary school with honors, I started working at The Water Grill in downtown La. After leaving the Water Grill I gave up on my baking dream for numerous of years. Then in 2019 I got an idea to bake a peach cobbler cheesecake for our family Thanksgiving dinner. I posted the cheesecake on Social media and before I knew it i was getting request for orders. This is when Sweet Ashley’s started. Although I bake different sweets I do specialize in cheesecakes. Now having over 10 different cheesecake flavors and growing I have realized baking has become my passion once again.
