About the owner.
He has been a resident of San Diego for over 30 years with his wife and 3 daughters, but was born in New Orleans, LA. He attended San Diego State for both his undergraduate and graduate studies.
Before opening up his own business he spent the last 25 years working in corporate America helping corporations improve and grow through the use of technology and process improvement. More specifically, he worked in the Information Technology and Business Transformation areas. Most recently, he held position as the Vice President of Information Technology for an Aerospace and Defense company.
Always wanting to transition to entrepreneurship and use the skills and abilities attained towards a business he could call his own. Hammond's Gourmet Ice Cream was then acquired from the Hammond’s in October of 2019. Being a fan of Hammond’s Ice Cream since its beginning in 2014, and a huge fan of really good ice cream since birth, there was an exciting future awaiting with Hammond’s along with some great ideas on how to enhance the business.
