Flick of the Whisk Cakes was born February 2019 by our founder and chef, Bryonna Williams.
As a completely self-taught baker the outpouring of support and referrals from customers allowed the learning new techniques, reaching new customers, and building the business to be one of Denvers top bakeries.
Bryonna has been cooking & baking since young and relying on watching her mother first and then learning step by step what goes into making great tasting food and even greater tasting desserts.
Starting with a simple recipe of Chocolate Chip cookies to making her mom's famous pound cake and finally making her first professional cake, a caramel apple naked cake, for family Thanksgiving surprise.
